Silent Auction Item Donations

The Hack n' Smack, Kerry Daveline Memorial, Celebrity golf classic is a fundraising event for Melanoma research. While it is our first priority to ensure that everyone has an outstanding day on the links, we do ultimately need to raise funds. This is why we need you, or your company, to donate product certificates or service certificates for our Silent Auction presentation.

A master list of our Silent Auction is given to the players throughout their 5-hour round of golf so they have the opportunity to review and put together their plan of "bidding attack." The Silent Auction opens approximately 5pm and closes about 6:30pm, to give ample time for bidding.

We do prefer that the gift be sent in the form of a company certificate with any additional signage or brochures. (We do require that the retail value be a minimum of $100. Certainly you can put more than (1) together with another so as to reach $100.)

*All donations over the value of the goods/services received are tax deductible to the maximum allowable amount. Fair market value (FMV) for the following goods/services: Round of golf (which includes breakfast and lunch) $200.00; Reception Awards Dinner $75.00; VIP after-party $50.00. All other straight monetary donations, including the Opportunity Board are at 100%. All silent auction items have their fair market value (FMV) listed on the donation sheet.
