The event program is an 8 1/2 X 11, full color booklet. Each player will receive a copy of the program. Even without playing in this event you can promote your business as well as donate to the ongoing Melanoma research.

Ad Placement Ordering Instructions

    How to place an ad in this year's event program.
  • Decide which size ad you would like to place
  • Artwork should be in Tif or Gif format
  • Artwork must be originally created at 300 dpi resolution for print quality when enlarged
  • Email your artwork to info@hacknsmack.org (Subject line Program Artwork)
  • MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10AM on the Thursday preceding Monday's event or placement is not guaranteed.
  • Download the payment form. Fill out and FAX to 323-848-9111 or e-mail to info@hacknsmack.org.

*All donations over the value of the goods/services received are tax deductible to the maximum allowable amount. Fair market value (FMV) for the following goods/services: Round of golf (which includes breakfast and lunch) $200.00; Reception Awards Dinner $75.00; VIP after-party $50.00. All other straight monetary donations, including the Opportunity Board are at 100%. All silent auction items have their fair market value (FMV) listed on the donation sheet.
